City Hall Park Penthouse

This City Hall Park penthouse, spanning over 3,500 square feet, is a duplex residence with soaring 15-foot ceilings, private terraces, and panoramic views of downtown Manhattan. Nearly every wall was finished in hand-applied limewash, introducing texture, warmth, and a refined natural patina that complements the striking modern architecture.

Working closely with the interior design team, we tailored the finishes to enhance the flow of light through floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring the walls became a seamless extension of the home’s curated furnishings and sculptural details. The result is a space that balances grandeur with intimacy — timeless, modern, and deeply connected to the cityscape below.
