Conventional Painting + Roman Clay

We were brought in to collaborate on this 6,548-square-foot Upper East Side penthouse as part of a staging project led by one of New York’s premier firms. Our scope included full interior painting across the residence, with a focus on clean, architectural lines that complemented the home’s grand scale. In the primary bedroom, we applied Portola’s Roman Clay finish by hand, introducing a soft, tonal texture that grounds the space with quiet elegance. The property is currently listed at $34,900,000.
